"Super easy return and quick refund"
I had to send back a knife and I was expecting the usual back-and-forth, waiting around, checking emails, wondering when the refund would show up, but support got back to me the same day and the money came through way faster than I thought it would, so it ended up being a really easy no-fuss return experience.

"I thought the prices were really fair..."
I thought the prices were really fair, and the quality ended up being better than I expected. It didn’t feel like I was paying for any unnecessary extras, just a good product at a good price. I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth and would order from southernedges.com again.

"Sharper than I expected, honestly"
Got my order from Southern Edges and I was kind of surprised because the blade showed up really sharp. Like, I tested it on paper and some cord right out of the box and it cut fine, so I’m not really sure what else I was expecting. I did notice one tiny uneven spot near the tip, which confused me a bit at first, but it doesn’t seem like a big deal. Took off one star for that, but overall for the price I’m happy with it.

"Looked better online than in person"
The order showed up on time, so no complaints there, but once I actually had the item in my hands, it just felt cheaper than I expected. The edges were a bit rough and the finish had some noticeable marks. It works fine, but for the price, I figured the quality would be nicer. Maybe this is one of those things that looks better in the listing than it does in person. I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

I ordered from southernedges.com a few weeks ago, the shipping ended up being much slower than I thought it would be.
The item did arrive eventually, so I can’t complain about that part, but the wait was frustrating. After the first few days, I kept checking the tracking, and for a while it looked like it barely moved at all.
Maybe I just ordered at a bad time, but by the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. I’d think twice before ordering again soon unless I knew the shipping would be faster.

"A Little Disappointing"
I was planning to order a few things, but for some reason a lot of the items I liked were out of stock. The site itself was fine and easy enough to use, I just wish the inventory was kept a bit more up to date.

"Really solid packaging"
My order showed up packed really securely, and nothing was damaged at all. The box was actually neat-looking too, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I remember there was one tiny strip of blue tape on the corner for no obvious reason, but everything inside was totally safe. Overall, happy with how it arrived.
